Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your billing portal at any time. No penalties, no hidden fees. Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation.
What counts as an "endpoint"?
Any URL you want to monitor — health check endpoints, API routes, static sites, or any web address. Each distinct URL is one endpoint.
What happens if I don't pay?
Your subscription is managed via Stripe. If payment fails, we'll pause your account and notify you. Your monitoring data is preserved so you can re-subscribe without losing anything.
Do you offer discounts for teams?
Not yet — but multi-seat support is on our roadmap. For now, each team member uses the same account with full access.
